As a therapist with 30 years of experience, I specialize in helping people understand and address the underlying factors that contribute to their symptoms of anxiety and depression. By working with individuals to identify and express unworkable patterns and associated emotions, I help them tap into their authentic selves and find more fulfillment in their relationships and a greater sense of purpose. In addition to working with people of all ages, I have recently focused on providing support to elders and disabled individuals as they navigate loss and grief. By identifying and addressing any stuck points in their grief process, I help these individuals find the energy and clarity needed to adjust to their new reality.
